Best fried hake and calamari you can get! Always good never disappoints, this is my favourite place to visit. For a more formal sitting, try the other branch at kalk bay which is equally good. Prawns are shockingly bad though but I donβt go there for their prawns. Can get quite busy during peak times where you gotta wait for a table for sit downs or struggle to find parking outside but itβs usually worth it.

We got calamari and chips, 2 piece hgake and chips. What a shocker when the portions was served and the fried calamari and chips were the same as the calamari and chip roll. The chips was oily and had to wipe it off with a serviette. Only one person at the till and it was kinda full and the line moved along slowly. The sauce was also charged
